Steven is Vice President of Client Service at Reputation Ink, a Jacksonville-based B2B public relations and marketing agency serving professional services firms across the country, including numerous clients in the AEC industry. Steven's communications experience spans the media spectrum, including award-winning work for television, radio and digital platforms. He is a former on-air TV anchor/reporter, local NPR host/producer, and National Edward R. Murrow award-winner. Steven received his bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism and a master's in mass communications from the University of Florida, where he taught multimedia journalism classes as a graduate instructor, marched in the Gator Band, and was a member of Florida Blue Key. He lives in the Mandarin area with his wife and young daughter.

Gabby DeJesus

Gabby is the Marketing Coordinator at Carlton Construction, a commercial construction company based in Fleming Island. She brings her expertise to proposals, branding, social media, content creation, and event coordination, ensuring marketing initiatives reflect the company’s purpose and values. Gabby is passionate about showcasing the people and projects that drive Carlton Construction’s impact in the community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of North Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dachshund, Benny.

Erika Boyle

Erika Boyle is the co-owner and Vice President of Sign It Quick Jacksonville, where she has specialized in marketing through promotional products, custom apparel, and company stores since 2012. Passionate about branding and merchandising, she is committed to growing her company into a leading branding-focused firm.
A dedicated professional, Erika is the past president of SMPS North Florida and has served in multiple board roles since 2020. Formerly a PGA Class A Professional, her background showcases diverse expertise in merchandising and team environments.
In 2021, Erika became a mother to twins, Liam and Claire. She loves spending time with her family and exploring her interests in art, design, coffee, and travel.

Kevin Hodges

Kevin Hodges is a Marketing Specialist with more than four years of experience in digital marketing, communications, and creative services, the past year of which was spent in the A/E/C industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communication with a minor in digital marketing from the University of North Florida, where he is also pursuing a Master of Science in Communication Management. Kevin currently serves as Communications Director for the SMPS North Florida Chapter, where he leads email, social, and web communications for the organization. A U.S. Navy veteran, he brings leadership, discipline, and technical expertise to his work in the A/E/C industry.

Megan Elliott
Programs Director

Megan Elliott is a Marketing Coordinator at Pond & Company, an architecture, engineering, planning, and construction administration firm. With more than four years in the AEC industry, she contributes to a wide range of marketing initiatives, including proposals, presentations, photography, social media, and graphic design. Megan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in photography from the University of North Florida and is passionate about integrating visual storytelling into both her professional and personal life. Outside of work, she is a dedicated fundraiser for Blood Cancer United through its annual Light the Night event in Jacksonville, which raises awareness and support in the fight against blood cancers.

Elainah Ehrlichman

Elainah is a Marketing Coordinator at Pond & Company, where she crafts compelling proposals and a variety of marketing materials. With a background in both marketing and event coordination, she contributes to a wide range of marketing efforts, including event planning and conference coordination, with a focus on thoughtful communication, organization, and creativity. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in sustainability and has a personal philosophy of continuously growing and refining her crafts.
